The hotel is clean comes with a complementary breakfast rooms have all the amenities fridge raider microwave coffee maker. You have a little sitting room with the couch in it. The bed is comfortable. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport. They do have a fan service with it and the malls are walking distance. Matter fact one mall is right across the drive so very convenient, have a nice looking pool. I plan on trying that later on the air conditioning worked great. So far my experience has been very good when I come back yes and also the elevators are security elevators where you need a key to go up to the room so that’s always nice also.
Great Hotel and location. I stay here often for work. I really enjoy staying here. Its close location to Paseo La Fe Mall and the Grocery Store next door make it great. The Hotel itself is well take care of and the staff is lovely. Everyone from the Front Desk to the employees at the Restaurant are great. I have to mention Anita and Eric at the Restaurant are sweet and amazing people. The night auditor Alba is always very friendly and makes sure that i am able to get a quick bite to eat before leaving for work if the Breakfast Buffet is not open yet. I wish Hotels in the USA would be that welcoming and understanding of the travelers need. Thank you for taking care of me when i come visit MTY for work
This place is centrally located next to a mall. Rooms are clean and neat with all amenities microwave, stove top, sink king bed. Breakfast has a large variety with a fresh to order omelet station.
Love this place is my first time here, nice and clean, courteous and quiet. Mall Paseo La Fe right next to it you can walk and a avoid the traffic. Rooms are bigger than other hotels, and bed are comfortable. The only minor thing I noticed is the power outlets are single connections. So if you have different devices to plug in bring a power outlet strip.
Had an overnight stay & was very pleased with the room & the service. Very clean & quiet. Ordered food to take to my room, & it was very good. Overall, a great stay.
It doesn't matter that the stay is short, the professionalism and attention of the employees always makes it a pleasure to be able to participate in the Hotel's facilities with great pleasure. Congratulations to all your cleaning and transportation service employees for their courteous service.
Good hotel, difficult acces now for metro building but its ok
Nice hotel. Very clean and awesome breakfast! Big shopping center next to it. Gerardo Rodríguez (our shuttle driver) provided excellent customer service during our ride to the airport. We enjoyed our stay.
